We use aluminum alloy and zinc alloy to manufacture a variety of equipment and parts.
More than 2000 different items such as security components and medical equipment are designed, molded, processed, finished and assembled with our in-house production system.

We present the estimates of mold prices, product unit price, lead time and so on for clients.
After negotiations and meetings, the order is finalized.
 
Most of the plans for finished products from the clients need adaptation for die casting production. We have meetings for technology analysis and design with clients, and draw the new plans that are more suitable for die casting products.
With the client’s approval, we will design the molds with 3-D CAD.
 
We use state-of-the-art machine tools for high-speed processing, and make high precision and high quality molds by using our unique technology and ideas.
 
Products are made by high speed and high pressure injection of molten alloy into molds in die casting machines. We use 25t to 800t die casting machines. We create high quality die casting products with our original vacuum casting methods and special air vent methods.
 
Drilling, screw cutting, and cutting are done with machining center and other high-technology machine tools.
 
Soaking treatment, Alodine/Alocrom treatment, Alumite treatment, painting, plating or other types of finishing will be done on request. We also can assemble some products.
 
We check more than 10,000 items from every process with 3-D inspection machines which can inspect at the micron level.
